Kaine brings a commercially driven and relationship-focused approach to retail sales and leasing, backed by experience across both property and professional sport. Beginning his career within a boutique Melbourne agency, he developed a strong foundation across industrial and retail sales and leasing before moving into an acquisitions role with one of Australia’s leading buyer’s agencies, where he specialised in sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, and presenting strategic property recommendations to clients nationally.

Now working across retail, mixed-use and childcare development sites, Kaine partners with developers, landlords and private clients throughout Australia to deliver strategic sales and leasing outcomes. Known for his proactive nature and ability to build genuine connections, he approaches every project with energy, precision and a strong understanding of market opportunities. His disciplined mindset and relentless work ethic have been shaped through his professional football career, including time with the Newcastle Jets and Western United FC, bringing a high-performance approach to every client relationship and transaction.
