Ange delivers over 25 years of retail and commercial property expertise, shaped across Australia’s leading retail and institutional platforms. She commenced in the property division at Coles Myer, before moving into Woolworths Property and the REIT sector, working with Mirvac and ISPT. Across these roles, she has led leasing and strategy on major retail assets - both developments and stabilised centres - throughout Australia’s eastern seaboard.

She brings a dual-lens perspective, having held senior leasing roles for both institutional landlords and national retailers including Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, BWS and Bakers Delight. Ange delivers leasing strategies that optimise tenancy mix, strengthen asset performance and secure long-term income growth. She executes complex lease negotiations with precision, consistently achieving strong leasing spreads and commercial outcomes.
