Damian De Silva brings a diverse property background spanning commercial real estate, retail leasing and residential sales. Throughout his career, he has developed strong experience across landlord and tenant representation, property sales, lease negotiations and deal execution, working across retail precincts, shopping centres, office properties and commercial assets throughout Melbourne.

His background in both commercial and residential property has shaped a relationship-led approach to real estate. Damian focuses on understanding the objectives of each party, identifying opportunities and navigating negotiations with clear communication and consistent follow-through. His experience working directly with landlords, business owners and prospective tenants has built a strong foundation in creating commercial outcomes that work for all parties.

As Leasing Executive at Neim, Damian applies this experience to retail project leasing across Victoria’s growth corridors. Working alongside Neim’s project leasing team, he partners with landlords and developers, engages with prospective operators and drives leasing opportunities from initial enquiry through to deal execution.
