Sasha is a highly driven retail property professional with over 15 years of experience spanning Leasing, Property Management, Operations, and Stakeholder Engagement. Before joining Neim, he held key roles at leading organisations such as Scentre Group, Vocus Group and Dodo, building a strong foundation that lend itself well to retail project leasing.

At Neim, Sasha oversees leasing for our local town centre and town centre projects ranging from $20million to $100million. Known for his strong communication, high standards, and strategic approach, he works closey with a diverse range of tenants, from national supermarkets to local cafes, medical centres, and service providors, delivering tailored solutions and long-term value for both landlords and tenants.
